Dan Pascone grew up in the financial services industry dating back to his college days where he worked with a financial advisor. For the first 10 years of his career he worked at Prudential in the Retirement business where he called on and supported financial planners and professionals. Dan changed roles in 2016 where he observed the need for a solid financial plan which prompted him to become a financial advisor himself to help serve individuals facing a job change and other key life events. He spent 5 years with Transamerica Financial Advisors where he developed a custom financial planning approach. In 2020 he transitioned to former broker dealer Woodbury Financial and founded Tailored Cents where he and his team apply that approach virtually to clients all over the United States.
Dan has FINRA series 6, 26, 65, 63 licenses held through LPL Financial and his Connecticut Life Insurance License. Dan has a Masters in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
Dan lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife Shannon and son, DJ. He serves as the President of the Alumni Board at his Alma Mater, Sacred Heart University. He also has serves on the board for the Champions of Colorectal Cancer and actively volunteers with the Crohns and Colitis Foundation. He enjoys playing golf, rooting for the NY Yankees and Giants, and playing any game imaginable with his son.
With over 20 years of financial services experience, Rich has worked with both retail and institutional clients. He started his career at JG Securities Group where he spent 5 years as an institutional bond trader. Rich spent 12 years at Prudential in the retirement business working with financial planners and professionals. Rich then transitioned to Infinex Investments as a Financial Advisor working with bank clients on insurance planning, estate planning, college planning, and retirement planning including Social Security and Health Care planning. He joined Tailored Cents and former broker dealer Woodbury Financial in 2021 where he now serves as the lead financial planning specialist working with a diverse group of customers to accomplish their long term financial goals.
Rich has FINRA series 7, 24, 55, 63 and 66 through LPL Financial licenses and his Connecticut Life Insurance License. Additionally, Rich obtained the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services in October of 2014.
Rich resides in Trumbull, CT with his wife, Luisa, and two children. Rich enjoys volunteering and has volunteered for organizations including Junior Achievement, March of Dimes, and Habitat for Humanity. Rich still actively volunteers as he is currently the Regional Commissioner for the Trumbull youth soccer program: AYSO Region 186, is a board member for the Trumbull United Soccer Club, and a Senior Board Member for the Tashua Father’s Club. In his spare time, you can find Rich coaching his kids’ youth soccer, baseball and softball teams and enjoys playing the bass guitar with his band.
